The new digital identity and online experience that makes every guest the protagonist of their own Jumeirah story — instilling warmth, generosity, and joy within every moment. Within a dreamy, sunlit expression of luxury, we focussed on the character of Jumeirah's properties and the emotional connections they create.

Cohesive and human-centric

Our redesigned navigation empowers users to explore, interact, and reserve at their own pace.

Evolving from an outdated three-tiered structure to a more cohesive and human-centred system, it takes users through a vast collection of locations, hotels, rooms, and packages, all within one reservation journey.

Dreamy vignettes

Our simplified layouts provide a platform for content to express the revitalised Jumeirah brand through tone of voice, art direction and micro-animations.

This makes room for purposeful user experiences that guide guests through the reservation journey while retaining the glamour and excitement of Jumeirah’s renowned hospitality.
